The Hale Anuenue Restorative Care Center recently announced its 2015 Rewarding Excellence Certified Nursing Assistant of the Year and Team Spirit award winners.

CNA of the Year is the top award given to three peak performers who consistently provide excellent customer service. The associates were nominated by residents, resident family members and facility associates based on their competency, teamwork, attitude, tenure and facility involvement. The three CNA of the Year winners are Laudy Cabalce, Janet George and Thomas Price.

The Team Spirit award is presented to an outstanding associate whose enthusiasm, optimism, persistence and pride in their work creates synergy among the team. The 2015 Team Spirit winner is rehabilitation aide Noeline “Lowie” Albano. Albano was honored for her commitment to teamwork, quality care and involvement in facility events.

Each of the four winners received a certificate and $100 cash.

“Each year, we receive a number of nominations, and selecting the winners is always difficult,” said Hale Anuenue Executive Director Ivan S.
